The first building
The house we bought in Blora was disassembled and loaded onto the truck and send to Karimunjawa Island.

The Staff House
The construction team started to clear the bushes in the area. When the land was cleared, a ceremony for success was celebrated. After that, the construction team could begin with the foundation and to rebuild the staff house. The construction team has achieved a lot in a short time. Many thanks to the worker.

Construction of the groundwater well
The construction team started with the construction of the groundwater well. At first, it went very well, then came a layer of clay, which was a good sign of groundwater. Until they hit a big stone. They started smashing the stone but had to stop the project after heavy rain. At the next opportunity, the construction team will continue with additional tools.

Construction of the toilet and Mandi
Our construction workers started building the WC and the Indonesian toilet (Mandi) for the staff house. From now on we can live in the rebuilt staff house. It will be the basis for our workers.

The Groundwater Well Part two
One of our most important pillars for our resort was finished. The Well was dug by hand and without any machinery. A masterpiece of craftsmanship. The well will provide us with water for showering and washing.

Interior construction of the staff house
In the staff house, the reconstruction of the interior's was started. It was built a guest room and a family room to sleep. The living room also got a new outfit.

The construction of the dive center
The work was started with 8 construction workers. They did everything with their bare hands, without machines all craftsmanship. Only for concreting the ceiling was prepared with a concrete mixer. You deserve a big compliment and thank you.

The opening ceremony
After several years of planning and construction, the Dive Center was officially opened. The guests were introduced to our team and the Dive Center. After the ceremony, successful talks and relationships with the residents and business people of Karimunjawa took place.

The respected old Jawa house has been renovated.
Before that, all materials and a lot of groceries were bought. Everything was brought from Kudus to Karimunjawa in three vehicles. First, a ceremony for success was held. Then the workers began to dismantle the roof and the wooden walls, some of which had been damaged by termites. Bees had made their home in the partition walls. The main honeycombs were relocated into a hollow tree trunk. The roof structure was replaced with an aluminum frame. The back walls were rebuilt with cement blocks. In addition to the main house, a storage space and a magazine were built. On the other side of the building, the washing facility has been renewed with a cement floor and a new roof.

The diving center gets a concrete road
After a ceremony with the neighbors and construction workers for the success of the construction project, work started the next day with full enthusiasm. First, the road to the beach was built. A jetty over the sea will later be built there. In the second stage, workers began building the cross street to the west side of the property. A rainwater canal was built at every street to drain the property. In the third part, the road was built from the lower crossing to the upper main road. The driveway has also been extended so that we can later create a beautiful structure at the entrance to the diving center.

The diving center gets a monument.
Our designer and artist Baim Masto has created an impressive work of art. The monument was all made by hand. It is a beautiful work of art that reflects our dive center.

The restaurant building is being renovated.
The temporary restaurant has been expanded and renovated. It now has a refrigerated food storage room, a new larger kitchen, and a dining area. The interior was designed by Baim Parnoto and made by our own carpenter. Thank you to everyone who helped create this beautiful building.

The jetty.
After a ceremony for success of the construction of the jetty, the first foundation pole was set. The local fishermen built the jetty with diligence and precision. Thanks to the fishermen and those who helped build this phenomenal jetty.

The new Warehouse.
A new multipurpose building with laundry, staff, and a storage room was built. So that we can store our equipment, materials, and laundry. The additional staff room is for a future member of management.

The Greenhouse.
A new resource for our resort. In the future, we can grow our own lettuce and vegetables. Fresh from the garden onto the table.

Dive boat Kemujan Divers II
Our captain Mr. Safak and boat builder has built a new dive boat for us. The boat was built according to our own ideas and requirements. It is a unique boat that will serve us well.
